Liked: The property was amazing it was so relaxing and welcoming. All the staff was very helpful except one staff at the buffet was kind of short but other than that all the other staff was wonderful we wanted to take some of them home with us especially Adriana.

Liked: Every room in the facility has an ocean view. I've stayed here numerous times and it never disappoints. They are consistently upgrading and improving the property. The staff is amazing. I've never had a bad experience here.

Liked: The best thing is the ocean view and the magic of Akumal bay . It is quiet and safe . The staff working for over 10 years in this resort are very nice and helpful . The new hires kids from the block not so helpful .
