Liked: We had a few issues with the Fantasia room we initially started with. However, we spoke with our guy Gavilin to discuss our options. He was able to locate us a room in Esmeralda for a small upgrade charge.

Liked: We were very nervous for our stay after reading and reviews. We are frequent travelers. The rooms are a tad outdated but they are CLEAN!! The maids do a wonderful job. We saw staff members working on the hotel around the clock on updates.

Liked: Food was delicious even the buffet. Pools well taken care of and clean. Lots of options for the kids. Looks beautiful at night with the light up castle.

Liked: The property was really clean, my and my family have a good time the only thing that I miss a microwave on the room because it’s a family resort so any body that it have baby’s very handy. Have it in microwave for the baby food and milk.
