3/5Great facilities and staff but needs better communication on upgrade options.
Liked: The pools were amazing with multiple swim up bars and they made basically any drink you wanted. The buffets had a great variety of food for all dietary needs and the staff were very helpful.
Heads-up for parents: We were staying at the Grand Bahia but the receptionist checking us in recommended an option to upgrade to the Luxury side for access to the adults only pool and more high end restaurants.

Watch out: People reserving lounge chairs with a towel for hours, despite the signs not to. This is not enforced.
