Liked: Location. Decameron Los Delfines is very well located, a few steps from the city center and right by the beautiful sea of San Andres.
Watch out: Everything else. The hotel is in serious need of repair and renovation. Room 223 was awful. Shower didn’t work and there was no hot water.

Liked: Clean pool. Restaurant and staff were superb (Not the montańero breakfast).
Watch out: It did not have a beach, the pool opened late (1100) and closed early (1900). The bar was cheap, not branded licor and some served in paper cups and some in old looking plastic glass).
