Liked: Friendly and helpful staff. Food was good.
Heads-up for parents: Facilities are awful, the hotel is very old. First room we got was really bad and uncomfortable, the AC made an awful noise. The shower did not work. Some drawers could not even be opened.

Liked: Every single staff member was friendly and helpful. Julian and Nadia (I can't remember her name but she was the hostess at Oceana) were very attentive. The service at the pool outside Oceana was also excellent.
Watch out: The only feedback I would give is the shower head didn't work so we could only shower with the wand, which was okay but a little clumsy.
