4/5Beautiful resort, fantastic service, awful in-room bathroom design.
Liked: Staff were friendly, the food was fantastic, amenities were nice.
Heads-up for parents: The junior suite doesn’t have a door to the bathroom. There is a partial wall with wood slats and then glass doors for the shower and the toilet. There was no privacy within the room.

Liked: Loved absolutely everything from food to our room to the service. I’ve never had a better experience at any other resort.
Heads-up for parents: The resort was very large which was difficult for more mobility impaired family members.

4.5/5A 5-Star hotel that lived up the to hype. Would stay again!
Liked: The friendly staff, variety of food, huge rooms, pools, & huge resort were all fantastic! Something for everyone in the family to eat. I loved hitting up the 24-hr Coco Cafe for my coffee everyday and my husband and kids had ice cream a couple times a day.
Heads-up for parents: Not deal-breakers because I would definitely stay there again, but the only cons I can think of are: -Beds were just okay. Not the most comfortable and sunk in the middle.
