Liked: Best trip ever. I didn’t want to leave, it was so much fun!! Service was pretty good, rooms were nice and clean when I arrived. The beach is so beautiful and the pools were amazing.

Liked: I am currently staying at the Finest Hotel and we are on Day 3 and so far we've had a disappointing experience. We are here with various family members and staying in over 7 rooms.

Liked: Poor service. Was woken up from loud talking from staff outside of the room in the morning. More than once, had to wait for food at the market buffet because staff were huddled up talking.

Liked: The property at first impression is beautiful. The grounds are well-kept and flourishing, the bars are kept clean, and the beach is gorgeous. The restaurants are really nice and upscale, but the food is lacking.
