Liked: We stayed at the new tower (8) called the sanctuary. It was beautiful and the service was impecable. Our butler Carlos helped us with all our dinner reservations and was always available. The food was great everywhere but we really enjoyed Heroshi, and Tao.

Liked: We went to the Puerto vallarta location and it was amazing. I've been coming here for many years and have yet to be disappointed!! We stayed in hotel mousai north tower and it was absolutely wonderful.

Liked: The Resort has 3 different properties. The ones on the beach are older, hotel rooms, but they are convenient for accessing the beach and the main restaurant, (Blanca Blue or the Mexican Restaurant), which serves breakfast, lunch and dinner.
