Heads-up for parents: We stayed at Garza Blanca Cancun based on the reputation and reviews, but unfortunately our experience was very disappointing, especially as a family traveling with a young child.

Liked: The property grounds, rooms and amenities are beautiful. Rooms are large and modern. Outside pool area is very nice and well maintained.
Watch out: Horrible service, especially for an all-inclusive resort. While breakfast is offered as a buffet, all other meals must be ordered, and wait times range from 40 minutes to over an hour and a half.
