Liked: Our family has stayed here 10+ times since 2011. We always reach out to the social media team before we arrive and they greeted us with a surprise in our room - champagne and chocolate! Hotel, dining, service and social media team are amazing.

Liked: Excellent stay in GR Solaris Caribe. Special shout out to Adrian on reception. He was the first person we spoke to on arrival and he made us feel so welcome. Food and drink was good. And the lovely Deli was great for coffee and cakes.

Liked: Stay was Feb 12-16, 2026. Overall, I do not recommend. There was nothing but issues from the day of check in.
