Liked: Check in lines were very long Nowhere to keep luggage while waiting for room to be ready. Had to drag them around the resort waiting for the room to be ready. Bad attitudes from Julio at the desk.

Liked: Workers where amazing. Facility is renovating slowly. We got upgraded to to the preimum hotel for that reason so that was a nice incentive. I through the food was delicious.
