Liked: Tons of staff. Everywhere you look, staff are cleaning, grooming, entertaining, gardening, preparing etc. They are all very friendly and helpful. The resort is very clean, has everything you need. So much food to choose from.

Liked: Amazing family trip! We went here for 4 nights and were very happily surprised by how good everything was! After reading some not so good reviews we had low expectations but in the end had a fantastic trip!

Liked: It was my families first time ever traveling to Costa Rica. The rooms were beautiful and clean and the resort was recently renovated. Food was good - lots of variety at the buffet. Breakfast was my favorite!

Liked: The renovation is simply gorgeous. It is very serene here. A+ There are no longer any bathtubs, so if you’re sore and need a good soak, it’s not going to happen. B- The beds are so comfortable. They did a great job here.
