Liked: I have just returned from a stay at Riu Sante Fe and while my kids really enjoyed the location and amenities, I do not intend to ever return or do business with this company again. I booked 2 rooms via booking.com.

Liked: Trip was during spring break which we weren’t aware when we book which made it very busy. Food was good. Hotel was nice! Sometimes are our room had an organic smell to it. Service and workers were nice! Would stay here again just not during spring break.

Liked: The check-in process provided too much information too quickly, and then not pertinent info. like having to insert your Key card to turn on lights, TV, etc...The lobby furniture was dirty, and in need of repair. The food was pretty good!
