Watch out: It was completely under construction. Very disappointed after booking a five star resort and paying the prices that we paid to stay per night. It was absolutely awful!!!

Liked: Hyatt Ziva is hands down our favorite hotel in the Cancun Hotel Zone, and the Turquoize Tower is where we always return. From the moment you arrive, you’re greeted with warmth, luxury, and the kind of hospitality that keeps us coming back year after year.

Liked: The hotel's prime location offered the best of both worlds - tranquil waters on one side and a vibrant atmosphere at the main beach. This perfect balance made every day delightful. The service was truly outstanding.
