Liked: Great location Holetown is the place to be with nice shopping centre across the road and a choice of shops restaurants and bars. The hotel was straight onto a lovely beach with snorkelling. Great staff and great service.

Liked: The location was great, however, there is a construction going on next door which is extremely loud and I was not told about this prior to traveling. It woke me up each morning and I wouldn't be happy if I had a sleeping baby.
Watch out: The staff were horrendous. I'd say there were maybe 3 staff members that were kind but I have never visited a place before with such miserable staff.
