Liked: Staff is extremely nice and helpful. The room in the Grand was amazing.
Watch out: The initial room in the Sunrise was not as imagined. We were expecting accommodations to sleep 4 adults. It was my husband, myself, and our 20 year old son.

Liked: I love the suite very spacious, wonderful Jacuzzi tub, and breathtaking views. Loved the play room for the children . Most restaurants are good.
Watch out: Most staff were friendly, took a long time to receive our room service then forgot some items.

Liked: Food, drink were awesome, staff was super courteous, property was beautiful and close to the airport.
Watch out: After a long flight and delayed baggage we reached hotel and after checking in, staff started sales pitch which was very irritating.
