Liked: The view was awesome variety in meals and most of the staff was pleasant.
Watch out: Some of the staff in the restaurant didn't seem like they were enjoying their job.

Liked: The room and the facilities. The pool was also very nice. Big up to Danaisha (Manager on Duty) and Phillip Alexander (Area Manager) who were extremely facilitating in helping to recover from a poor experience I had at check in on Sunday, May 10, 2026.
Watch out: Quite a bit of the staff were not guest friendly...they seemed unhappy.
