1/5Disappointing Experience — Not a 5-Star…
Liked: The grounds are large, well-maintained, and visually appealing. The rooms are also a decent size and comfortable enough for a stay.
Heads-up for parents: The towel service is very limited, operating only from 9am to 5pm, and by around 3pm fresh towels are often no longer available.

5/5Adrian was the best part of it all… his attention to detail and service are reason enough for me to come back!
Liked: The property is huge… great restaurants and staff service. Love the el beso and privilege sections as that’s where I spent most of my time. Staff special mention for my butler this week, Adrian Martinez… amazing service and assistance!
Watch out: Bits of construction here and there (next door to my room), but it don’t bother my stay much at all.

Liked: Great stay at El Beso! 😊 The resort is very well maintained and everything was spotless. Our swim-up junior suite was spacious and perfect for relaxing.
Watch out: We booked the El Beso adults-only areas expecting a quiet and relaxing atmosphere.
