Liked: Great location, nice modern rooms, and concierge Eduardo Mena was outstanding -he went above and beyond, often resolving issues before they even arose.
Heads-up for parents: We stayed at the hotel both before and right after the renovation. Unfortunately, aside from the room updates, nothing else seems to have changed.
