Liked: The location is amazing. The resort is beautiful, and the staff is friendly and welcoming. The pool and hot tub area is great with the swim up bar, and food service.
Heads-up for parents: They will offer you a free sunset dinner cruise, etc..then try very hard to get you to invest in a time share type vacation plan in the new phase called Grand Solmar.

Watch out: No elevator, room on third floor. Age of room. Damages that were in clear view. Cleaning that missed basics.

Liked: We used the "all inclusive" option for the first two days of our stay.
Watch out: Note that this property is on the Pacific side of 'lands end' and swimming in the ocean is not permitted. I believe they mention this in their property description.
