Liked: The hotel has a good enough set up. The pools are good and some of the extra activities are very good, for example the tennis courts.
Heads-up for parents: The biggest annoyance was sitting at a desk for an hour after check in so the staff could try to convince us to attend a 90-minute presentation to sell us a timeshare.

Liked: Friendly vibe. Excellent staff including restuarant staff and Cristobal at tour desk.
Watch out: Some lighting problem. Quickly fixed but recurred next evening. Nothing to ruin our stay.
