Liked: Mostly everything was great. The staff was hit and miss. About 90% were spectacularly friendly but there were those who looked and acted like they didnt want to be there.

Liked: We have stayed at Rayal Haciendas several times. We always stay the week prior to the resort closure for 1 week for maintenance.

Liked: Hotel needs more exciting entertainment and also more dinner restaurants. Service was great all around the resort. They did have a few meals that you would have to pay a premium for like steak.
