Liked: I asked for a refund 20 minutes after the deadline because my aunt had passed away. The hotel denied my refund despite me having a full refund policy. These are BAD people!!

Liked: These guests contacted me to make a late reservation. Despite the platform allowing us to book later in the evening, when the guests got there they were unable to check in. This was due to the office being 'closed'.
