Liked: My sister and I stayed at Marina El cid in Cancun from January 10th to February 28 2026. We had 3 butlers: Luis, Noah and Hugo. They were excellent. Our butlers checked in with us daily and took care of every need from bottled water to room cleanup.

Liked: Excellent vacation with the grand daughters and family. The food was excellent as always and they were very diligent and cautious with my son severe food allergies. Our butlers, Alejandro and Ivan were very considerate and helpful throughout our vacation.
