1/5THIS PLACE NEEDS CLOSING, DO NOT BOOK.
Liked: We were sold a 5-star luxury holiday experience and paid over £5,000 for 7 nights for what we expected to be an exceptional standard of service and accommodation.

2/5For the price paid it was not as satisfying as I anticipated, being an Iberostar Grand Guest.
Liked: The Hideaway Breakfast could be more exclusive in the availability of items.
Watch out: The Bathroom had one basin in the passage and no Bath tub, Jacuzzi or otherwise. There was no bedside Mat. There was not a good selection of Towels.

Watch out: The resort is in very bad shape. Closet doors were broken, drawers didn't open or close correctly. Bar cupboards are warped and damaged.
